Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your scheduled lesson or coaching session is reserved especially for you. To respect the time of all Encore Edge Voice students and to allow another student the opportunity to book, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session may be moved to another available time without penalty.

• Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or missed appointments made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

• Students who arrive late may still attend for the remaining scheduled time; sessions will end at their originally scheduled time and cannot be extended.

• If Encore Edge Voice needs to cancel or reschedule a session, every effort will be made to provide notice and arrange a mutually convenient replacement time.

• In the event of a true emergency, please contact Jennifer as soon as possible. Exceptions are considered at her discretion.
