Contact

As a mezzo-soprano, I have enjoyed a fulfilling career with a special emphasis on opera. My decades of experience include singing with major opera companies in the United States and Europe, and I have been blessed to share the stage with such opera greats as Beverly Sills, Robert Merrill, Samuel Ramey, Placido Domingo, and Luciano Pavarotti.

My roles have covered the full spectrum of dramatic mezzo repertoire, including the title role in Carmen, Azucena in 11 Trovatore, and Ulrica in Un Ballo in Maschera. Furthermore, I have sung under the baton of many musical icons, including the late Victor Borge.

I hold a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance from the University of New Hampshire. While serving as a resident singer with the Memphis Opera Theatre, I pursued graduate studies in Opera and Performance at the University of Memphis, all while touring the Southern states and performing in main stage productions. I later became a regular member of the Connecticut Opera, where I performed roles such as The Mother in Hansel and Gretel and The Mother in Amahl and the Night Visitors numerous times. With this company, I also toured the Northeast in productions of Madame Butterfly, The Elixir of Love, and many others.

Having spent a lifetime honing my vocal technique and presentation, I cherish every opportunity to equip my students with the support and skills they need to build lasting, powerful careers as singers—carrying forward their voices, the most remarkable instrument of all.
